Fort School is developed with the Alberta Education curriculum in mind, and ensures that students are able to engage in hands-on, cross-curricular learning during the week. Students participate in a variety of multi-sensory and diverse learning activities that brings their education to life through inquiry and experiential learning.
With the addition of our award-winning Indigenous Peoples Experience exhibit, Fort School will be anchored at this space and teachings throughout their time at Fort Edmonton Park. This exhibit was designed in consultation with our partners the Confederacy of Treaty 6 First Nations and the Métis Nation of Alberta.
