Fort Edmonton Management Company (FEMCo) was created to operate Fort Edmonton Park with a focus on enterprise and efficiency. With that, FEMCo is embarking on an exciting new strategic direction for Fort Edmonton Park aimed at making it the premier cultural tourism attraction in Western Canada. The top priorities that will guide this transformation are relevant experiences, accessibility and financial sustainability.
FEMCo is focusing on building out the breadth of the customer experience by creating products and experiences that are aligned with the market and highlight the uniqueness of Fort Edmonton Park. Enriching the project mix will act to complement the core heritage programming while ensuring improved business performance and relevance will make Fort Edmonton Park a destination for an increased number of visitors.
The Fort Edmonton Park Enhancement Project, a $165 million investment in the Park, will be a catalyst for an expansion of assets and product mix for commercial value.
