Drop Off 

Please check back in June for drop-off locations.  

Pick Up 

Pick up for all camps will be at the front entrance to Fort Edmonton Park. Please park in our main lot and walk to meet your camp 

**PLEASE NOTE 

You will not be permitted to drive on-site after the Park is open at 10 am.

Is there an early drop-off or late pick-up options?

We offer Pre-Camp and Post-Camp Care for a set fee. Pre-Camp Care is from 8:00 am to 9:00 am and Post-Camp Care is from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. 

 

Please check back in June for relevant daycamp forms 

Extra printed copies will be available onsite for the first day. Please allow 15 to 20 minutes extra on the first day of camp to complete these forms

 

  • Water bottle (Please ensure that water bottles can be easily filled by your child)
  • A Hat (To protect from sun/rain)
  • Sunscreen & Bug Spray (If none is supplied we will use “Off-Skintastic” bug spray and “Coppertone” sunscreen. Please note that if your child is unable to adequately apply these on their own, we will assist them and apply it on their arms, legs, neck, face, and ears)
  • Appropriate clothing and footwear (Dress for the weather! Closed-toe shoes recommended. No flip flops please!)
  • Extra masks 
  • Hand sanitizer 
  • Extra change of clothes (Just in case!)
  • Lunch (Please ensure that the lunch provided does not require a microwave or refrigerator as these are not available to our campers)
  • 2 Snacks (One for the morning, one for the afternoon)
  • Backpack (To keep all this together)
  • Campers are encouraged to bring a book/craft for the unstructured early drop-off/late pick-up.
    Please Note:  Video games, cell phones, iPad, handheld electronics, and other valuables should be left at home. The Park will not be responsible for items that are lost or stolen.
  • Please ensure to clearly label all items your child brings to camp

In order to cancel or reschedule your day camp week, please email info@fortedmontonpark.ca 

Cancellations and reschedules can occur up to 1 week prior to camp beginning. 

No shows to camp will be charged the full-rate

 

Although there is not a current mask mandate for City of Edmonton facilities, we encourage all campers and adults dropping off and picking up to be masked.

The exception would be when actively eating or drinking. 

All Fort Edmonton Park staff will be masked throughout the day camp week. 

  • We ask families to pay close attention and keep children home if they display any symptoms like fever, sore throat, runny nose, and/or coughing.
  • Campers will be given many opportunities to wash hands and encouraged to use hand sanitizer, which will be provided to campers.
  • Daycamp locations, toys, and materials that campers touch will be cleaned and sanitized regularly.
