Back by popular demand Paranormal Tours returns to Fort Edmonton Park! 

Venture into the shadows of the Fort Complex and 1885 Street as your guides teach you the basics of investigating paranormal activity. Learn the fundamentals of conducting paranormal investigations using a variety of tools and techniques while exploring Fort Edmonton Park after dark. 

Are you brave enough to learn the lore and trek through some of our most haunted hotspots?

*This is a 3.5-hour experience. Each night we will run two separate groups with 10 participants in each group.

2023 Truth & Reconciliation Day

September 30 marks National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. On this day, we honour children who never returned home and survivors of residential schools and their families.

Gather and explore life through the diversity of First Nations and Métis peoples' histories, cultures, experiences, and perspectives, local to Indigenous life in the Beaver Hills, or Edmonton region. In partnership with the City of Edmonton, the Indigenous Peoples Experience at Fort Edmonton Park will be open as a ticketed opportunity on Saturday, September 30 for your group to seek out the truths as lived by Indigenous peoples before and after Canada became a country.

**Proceeds from General Admission purchases will go towards further Indigenous Educational Programming at Fort Edmonton Park.

Parking is available in our main lot. Guests will be transported to and from the Indigenous Peoples Experience by shuttle bus.

There is NO charge for transportation. *Please note that transportation to the Indigenous Peoples Experience will end at 3:30 pm.

Only the Indigenous Peoples Experience will be open. All other Fort Edmonton Park attractions will be closed.

Fort Edmonton Park operates on Treaty Six territory and is the homeland of the Métis. To honour the unique relationship between Indigenous Peoples of Alberta and the Crown, Fort Edmonton Park extends free admission to Indigenous Peoples in an act of Truth and Reconciliation on September 30th, 2023.

Indigenous Peoples Experience Fall & Winter Admission

This fall & winter, Fort Edmonton Park invites you to gather and explore life through the diversity of First Nations and Métis peoples. The award-winning exhibit explores the rich and beautiful cultures of First Nations and Métis Peoples while encouraging visitors to seek out the truths as lived by Indigenous Peoples in Treaty 6.

Saturdays and Sundays from 12- 4 pm, from October 14, 2023 through March 24, 2024.

BONUS: Each ticket holder for the Indigenous Peoples Experience Admission will receive one free general admission ticket of equal or lesser value for the 2024 summer season. Instructions on how to claim your free ticket will be sent in April 2024.

This fall & winter, Fort Edmonton Park invites you to gather and explore life through the diversity of First Nations and Métis peoples. The award-winning exhibit explores the rich and beautiful cultures of First Nations and Métis Peoples while encouraging visitors to seek out the truths as lived by Indigenous Peoples in Treaty 6.

Saturdays and Sundays from 12- 4 pm, from October 14, 2023 through March 24, 2024.

BONUS: Each ticket holder for the Indigenous Peoples Experience Admission will receive one free general admission ticket of equal or lesser value for the 2024 summer season. Instructions on how to claim your free ticket will be sent in April 2024.
