Want even more adventure?
Pair your stay with tickets to Where Dark Things Dwell — Edmonton's largest immersive escape experience — to your Hotel Selkirk stay for a night you won’t forget.

How it works
Check in to your room inside the iconic Hotel Selkirk, and get ready for a one-of-a-kind evening.

As the sun sets and the Park gates close to the public, your adventure will begin.

You and your partner will enter a cursed village taken over by an ancient presence. Armed with a lantern, you’ll explore the streets and buildings, encounter eerie characters, solve puzzles, and try to break the curse before it consumes everything.

Once you escape (or not…), return to the quiet comfort of your vintage-style hotel room just steps away. Wind down with a cozy night in, bring your laptop or tablet to watch a spooky movie, order in a late-night snack, or enjoy the peaceful silence of the historic property.

Perfect Summer Activity
Whether you’re surprising someone special, planning a friends’ weekend, or just looking to break the routine, this overnight escape is the perfect mix of immersive storytelling, vintage charm, and eerie excitement.
