Indigenous Peoples Experience

Grades 4-6

This interactive and creative program will introduce students to Indigenous cultures and histories in a fun and respectful way. Learning about relationships with ourselves, each other, the land, and all creatures, students will be introduced to Indigenous concepts of balance. Through immersive learning focused on relations, students will participate in land-based activities, experience tipi teachings, and tell their own constellation story. This program provides opportunities for students to share their personal and cultural stories with the guidance of Indigenous educators.
