Refund, Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued except in cases where the event has been cancelled or postponed by Fort Edmonton Park.

Ticket Refund Exchange Form

Tickets may be exchanged for a different date for the same show/event subject to availability. All requests must be made at least 72 hours before the original purchased event. There will be a service fee of $2.50 for each ticket exchanged.
