Gift Shops
Fort Edmonton Park takes shopping to historic proportions!
You'll find gift shops in each time period, each featuring a
selection of items from that era. Annual passholders receive a 15%
discount on regular priced merchandise.

Ernest Brown Photography
Ernest Brown on 1905 Street has the best in historical
photos. Have your photo taken in one of our hundreds of

Wheelchair Accessibility
- Accessible parking
- Designated DATS drop-off zone
- Accessible entranceway, and accessible lift on steam
train.
- Access to washrooms at Hotel Selkirk, Gyro Park, Masonic Hall,
Reed's Tea Room, Bill's Confectionery and Egge's Barn.
- Accessible wagon with wheelchair access.
Because of the need for historical accuracy, some buildings and
the Hudson's Bay Fort have limited accessibility. Most ground level
buildings have ramps.
Bicycle Parking
Fort Edmonton Park is a place best enjoyed safely on foot, or by
taking one of the many different period-specific forms of
transportation. Bicycle's are not permitted in the park
and racks are located at the front entrance of the Park.
Transportation
Vehicles are permitted on the site 30 minutes after
closing. Please park in the public parking lot during regular
summer season hours.
Picnic Sites
Picnic tables are scattered through the park. They are free and
no reservations are necessary.
Bank Machine
There are bank machines available in the train station gift
shop, Hotel Selkirk and Masonic Hall.
