Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 sour pickles
- 2 tablespoon water
- 2 stalk green onion
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 clove fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 2 tablespoon Jamaican jerk spice
- salt to taste
Place all ingredients in food processor chopped until all
ingredient mix together.
Allow remoulade to sit for about on hour to blend the
flavours.
Dipping is good with chicken, seafood are just a spread for
sandwiches.
